Hi! I’m Kim, founder of  Keepin’ Abreast Lactation Support.

As a mother of 3 and a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I have both the experience and knowledge to support you in your feeding choice; whether you decide to exclusively breastfeed or use a combination of breastfeeding, pumping and formula feeding, I am able to serve as your guide and help you achieve your goals.
